These terms cover your use of WoW Savant (“WoW Savant”, “we”, “us”). By buying or using WoW Savant you agree to them. WoW Savant is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing; their checkout terms also apply to your purchase. 1. Your licence
When you buy WoW Savant, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. Your keys work on one PC at a time – move them any time with Settings > Deactivate this PC, or by emailing us if the old PC is no longer available.
2. What you can't do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, except where the law allows it.
- Copy, share, resell or redistribute the software or your keys.
- Use it to get around the one-PC-at-a-time limit.
3. What you need
WoW Savant needs your own Grok subscription with Grok Bot connected to your PC, and a supported system (64-bit Windows 10 or 11, Intel or AMD). These are not included and are your responsibility.
4. Price and billing
WoW Savant is sold in two parts, and you need both: a one-off $30 USD Licence, which is yours forever, and a $2 USD/month subscription (WoW Savant Access). You can cancel your subscription anytime. WoW Savant keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops until you restart your subscription. Your Licence is never charged twice – if you come back later, you only restart the $2/month. Payment, tax and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your Grok subscription is separate and is paid to xAI.
5. Third-party services
WoW Savant relies on services we don't own or control, including Grok and Grok Bot (xAI), the game itself and the game-information websites WoW Savant uses. They have their own terms, and they may change or stop working at any time, which may affect WoW Savant. You are responsible for following the game publisher's terms when you play.
6. Information is provided as is
WoW Savant tries hard to give accurate answers from verified sources, but game information changes and answers may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Information is provided “as is” and you use it at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to WoW Savant is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If those laws apply, these terms are read subject to them.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
